Candy filled eggs are needed for the Annual Easter Party scheduledfor April 4th. Please give them to Rick or Sally Wall.
This year we will have a potluck style picnic for theEaster Party. Everyone is to bring their favorite dish. If you are planningto attend the festivities a sign up sheet is posted on the bulletin board. Wewill need pop-ups for additional shade. If you have one and can set it up itwould be appreciated.
On March 27th at7:00 p.m. Porterville will host the monthly "Area Wide Singing." Therewill be a need for finger foods as well as cookies for the evening. If you canhelp provide either one a sign up sheet has been posted.
March 29th will be the 5th Sunday. A congregationalpotluck after morning services has been planned. Everyone is encouraged toattend and to bring your favorite dish . Zone C is in charge.
April 12th at 7:15a.m. there will be a SunriseEaster Service on the basketball court. Coffee and donuts will be servedafterwards. Come and enjoy God's creation and fellowship with your brothersand sisters.
A seminarsponsored by the WestsideChurch of Christ in Bakersfield is scheduled on May 1st-3rd with guest speakerDr. Lynn Anderson. The seminar is entitled "Shepherding Now." For more informationa flyer is posted on the bulletin board.
The Lindsay Churchof Christ will host aBilingual Evangelistic Campaign on May 14th- 16th at 7:00 p. m. The speakerfor this event is Brother Orlando Cruz from Puerto Rico. Brother Cruz will bespeaking in both Spanish and English. The central theme of this event is "TheLord Is Coming."
Church cards with assembly information have been printedand are located in the foyer for those who may come in contact with individualswho are interested in our congregation.

JustFor Teens: For the fourth year in a row, the Pepperdine Bible Lectures willinclude the "Pepperdine View," a program for teens. Brice Smith of Antioch,California, and Leslie Spainhower of Abilene, Texas, will host this programeach day. "View" will take place in the Howard A. White Center from 2:00-4:15p.m. on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. A Step Back In Time
We are stepping backin time this year for Vacation Bible School. The children will be visiting Rome along with "Paul and the Underground Church." Everyone is anticipating theexcitement of the children and adults as they experience four days of walkingin the market place and visiting with Paul and fellow Christians. So if yourcuriosity has been peeked and you want to be a part of this wonderful journeyinto the past, please contact Rick or Sally Wall.
